The right-hander, a four-time All-Star who helped lead San Francisco to the 2010 World Series title, had asked for a one-year contract worth $21. million, a record for a player with fewer than six years of Major League experience.The Giants had countered with $17 million, the highest offer ever made by a club in the arbitration process.Lincecum, 27, won the Cy Young Award as the National League’s top pitcher in 2008 and 2009. He clinched the 2010 World Series title for the Giants by winning the Game Five against the Texas Rangers for his second victory of the series.He posted a 13-14 record with a 2. 4 earned run average last season and has a 69-41 career mark.
